2. Service Engagements (Agency Projects)

All digital marketing services, including consulting, content creation, brand strategy, website development, and advertising management, are governed by a written proposal or agreement.

Project timelines depend on approvals, inputs, assets, and platform dependencies. Scope changes or additional revision requests may result in additional charges.

METABLIS is not responsible for delays caused by third-party platforms, client approvals, or incomplete client inputs.

3. Payments & Billing

All service fees must be paid according to the quotation or agreement shared. Payments are non-refundable unless stated in writing.

For retainers or recurring services, invoices must be cleared monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed.

4. Intellectual Property

All strategies, creatives, templates, and learning materials remain the property of METABLIS until full payment is completed.

Source files such as design files, code, or video projects are not included unless specifically purchased.

After payment, clients receive usage rights but may not resell, transfer, or distribute materials without written permission.

5. Academy Enrolments (Courses & Trainings)

METABLIS Academy provides structured learning programs and coaching. Course fees are non-refundable. Students may shift batches subject to availability.

We do not guarantee employment, freelancing income, placements, or financial outcomes. Unauthorized recording or distribution of course material is prohibited.

METABLIS may revoke access to learning dashboards in cases of misuse or unpaid fees.

6. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

We may use platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Zoom, Canva, SEMrush, or similar tools to deliver services or training.

METABLIS is not responsible for downtime, restrictions, penalties, or policy changes of third-party platforms. Platform billing or ad spend remains the responsibility of the client or student.

7. Limitation of Liability

Marketing performance depends on multiple external factors including competition, platform behavior, and market conditions. Therefore, specific results cannot be guaranteed.

METABLIS is not liable for business losses, revenue loss, ad performance fluctuations, hosting issues, or platform suspensions.

Maximum liability, if applicable, will not exceed the amount paid for the disputed service.

8. Data & Privacy

We may collect basic personal and business information for service delivery and support. We do not sell personal information to unauthorized third parties.

9. Termination

METABLIS reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of misuse, unethical behavior, non-payment, or non-cooperation.

Upon termination, access to training materials, dashboards, or strategies may be revoked.
